This is the L-braced Waterloo by Collings guitar, in sunburst with satin finish. It feels like you just discovered an untouched old Kalamazoo or Gibson L-00, but it's better - much better, thanks to Bill Collings' exceptional build and top notch materials. It has solid Sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides. The L-OO size Waterloo guitar has rosewood fingerboard, top body binding, nickel Stew-Mac Golden Age Restoration tuners, tigerstripe pick guard and simple Waterloo silkscreen logo on peg head veneer. It has 1 3/4" nut width, 2 3/8" (vintage!) saddle spacing, bone cut-thru saddle, ebony nut. The WL-14L has ladder bracing (it is available to order with X-bracing as well). This one has an adjustable truss rod in the neck (it is available to order it with fix truss rod as well). This is a really remarkable acoustic at a great price and it's tailor made for fingerpickers, blues players and lovers of old time tunes, but anyone with a penchant for quality, value and traditional aesthetics will take a shine to this Waterloo WL-14L.
