The Tom Anderson Crowdster Plus is the premiere live-music acoustic guitar with a plus special designed Anderson humbucker pickup to use it as electric or both together on stage. It is amazing! It is possible to use it in mono or stereo mode by the sub-surface stereo/mono output push button. You can use it in mono through any tube amplifier and the acoustic sound is really amazing and great! The saddle pickup is an Anderson modified (EQed) LR Baggs Piezo system. The electric pickup is an Anderson CMA which has been specifically designed to bring wildly impressive electric guitar tones to Crowdster, even though the guitar has Phosphor Bronze acoustic strings! It works and absolutely rock on the stage. There is a flame maple top on the mahogany body and the mahogany neck has a rosewood fingerboard. The neckjoint is 4-screws type. The nut width is 1.73-inch (44mm), the frets are the small Anderson Stainless steel. There are specially compensated saddles on the rosewood bridge. There are chrome finished split-shaft tuners on the guitar. This Crowdster Plus has a beautiful Tortoise finish with a binding on the body. The parts of the electronics are: a Master volume pot and a Blend pot to adjust the balance between magnetic and acoustic pickup system. The acoustic pickup has individually adjustable treble, mid and bass controls are center detent pots. The 3-way mini toggle switch selects the only electric, electric-acoustic and only acoustic pickup operation. There are Elixir Ph/B 012-053 strings on the guitar. The guitar includes Anderson an exclusive hard case, Anderson strap and certificate.
