A traditional, transformer-driven 280-Watt power amp moves a specially developed 8" woofer with record-breaking linear extension to provide strong, clear low frequencies and a natural sounding mid range. A tweeter, powered with 80 Watts, is designed to smooth out uncompressed harmonics; important for any stringed instrument, not least the double bass. An effect loop and other high-end features guarantee unparalleled professional versatility and quality. In addition to its primary application as an acoustic bass amplifier, LAFARO sounds great as a rehearsal or recording amplifier for electric bass.
