So I am supposed to write about Joe Walsh today. When I started writing about [Johnny Depp’s guitar and guitar playing], I had an easy task. I knew most people will not know that Johnny Depp also plays guitar. But what do you write about one of the most iconic rock stars of the 20th (and 21st) century?

Lucien Gélas, classical guitarist, luthier, inventor and teacher was born in 1873 and worked mostly in Paris. In the beginning of the 1900's he received multiple award for his invention, the double top guitar. Today, this invention is simply called the Gélas-Guitar.

This 1979 P-Bass arrived with a serious neck deformation. With very high action, it still suffered from fret buzz.

A 1955 Martin 00-17 all mahogany construction. This amazing guitar came to us in surprisingly good condition.
