Innovator's own words: "When I’m playing the guitar I’m constantly playing with the knobs. To find the best setting on the potentiometer which gives me the exact sound I desire. Then comes the part when I set the pot to max to go on a solo. And then I want to go back to that exact sound that I found before, whit a single movement. But I can not, because it is impossible. Since none of the technical solutions known so far made this function possible. Therefore it is simply not enough to use any of the known solutions for this purpose, so we needed something a bit more inventive, something we might as well call an INVENTION... Once, at dawn, the solution appeared in my mind! And then I created the Clutch for guitars. Whith this add-on, you can easily set your favorite sound. After maxing out the potentiometer for solo, you can get back to the exact same point you were before, and this value can be changed anytime. Immediatley. You don’t have to change the potentiometer, just replace the potknob and the nut with the Clutch."
