Since this Fender Marcus Miller Jazz Bass 2004 japanese model figured only on an exhibition it is almost brand new and it was never yet used. It had only one owner. The guitar has a Polyester finished ash body, with a Leo Quan Badass Bass II chrome bridge, a distinctive black pickguard/control plate and one piece C-shaped maple neck with a Urethane finish, maple fingerboard featuring white binding, white pearl block position inlays and a satin finish (gloss finish on the headstock, plus Marcus Miller's signature). There is "Bullet" truss rod adjustment and a three-bolt "F" Stamped neck plate with Micro-Tilt adjustment. Width of the synthetic bone nut: 38 mm, scale length: 864 mm. Fantastic tone comes from dual vintage-style Jazz Bass single-coil pickups, and the two-band active EQ has an active/passive mini-toggle switch. The controls are: volume 1. (Middle Pickup), volume 2. (Bridge Pickup), Tone 1. Active Bass Boost/Cut, Tone 2. Treble Boost/Cut. Other features include chrome neck pickup cover, knurled chrome-dome knobs on the volume controls and black Jazz Bass knobs on the tone controls. The guitar was equipped with American Vintage reverse Open-Gear Bass tuning machines. Incl. original hard case.
